Our pumpkins...

The "office" get new employee!

Though her feet struggle to reach the bottom, Molly feels quite at home in her new 'work space'. Mia and Allison loved their time at the 'office' and would probably do anything to get in it and put in a few hours. They are also really happy on the sidelines, pointing out all of its features to little Molly!

Lil' Bones...

Little Molly got some bony jammies too! I have to say the glow in the dark feature comes in handy when fishing her out of bed for a late night feeding. Good thinking, Grandma!!

St John's Fall Festival!

While Molly and I were checking in on Grandpa Affeldt's hip, Shawn, Mia and Allison were making some fun of their own!The Fall festival served up soup, bread, and apples, painted cheeks, and lots of rolling, running, and hiking!

Not to be left out, Molly got to roll in some leaves in the yard a while later!

Such a beautiful time of year!!!

Nothing says Fall like...

...a trip to the orchard! Molly's first encounter with a pumpkin!

Artists hard at work!

How do you get these things home in the car?!?!

Happy Fall, everyone! The best time of the year!!!

'Dem bones...

The new Halloween jammies from Grandma and Grandpa Affeldt brought out the monsters in Mia and Alli! Once they got them on it was at least a 15 minute silly-face photo shoot before they were ready to rest their new bones in bed. Then they realized they glow in the dark!!!

Bring on the smiles!

1. Inspired by the Madison Farmer's Market.2. Inspired by Grandma

3. Due to a uncooperative camera I missed this one inspired by the Wombats! (Cousins Bryn and Henry's soccer team.) Here's Coach Uncle Jay!!

Bionic Grandpa!

As if planned by fate, Molly's daycare was closed the same day Grandpa Affeldt underwent hip replacement surgery. That made it possible for Molly and I to sneak out of town and head to Madison for a visit!Grandpa was a trooper through his surgery and is mending well. He seemed grateful to have had a pint sized distraction from the post surgery aches and pains!

Mia and Allison were full of questions when we got back home. They'd been thinking of him wanted to know all about how Grandpa got his hip fixed! They're looking forward to seeing Grandpa's soon and checking out the new hip!

Three months old!!!

Our little Molly is now three months old! We aren't sure what she weighs right now, but I was carrying her around in her car seat and I lost feeling in my hand. She is still called petite by onlookers, but she seems pretty big to us! She LOVES smiling. It's her favorite! Molly is most happy when being held, when she can hold her hands together, and when she has our undivided attention! With her toothless grin and her squeally chatter she seems to get all of our attention quite often! Her happiness wears off on all of us making it easy to bounce back after long days at work. She is growing up so fast!!!
